  The cabinets are of mediocre quality at best, the customer service is terrible, and the warehouse is incompetent.
  
  Placed an order mid November. It showed at my house up over a week late. Several items were chipped, scratched, dented, and the entire order was missing ALL the pilot holes. I managed to make due given my time constraints, aside from the items that were completely wrong, destroyed, or missing completely from my shipment. They shipped me a cabinet that was the wrong color, an end panel that was the wrong color, and a cabinet door that was so badly beaten I couldn't use it. The order was also incomplete. I had a refrigerator panel that was supposed to ship on 3 separate dates and got pushed back all 3 times.
  
  It took over 2 weeks to get "replacement items" and almost 2 months to finally receive my refrigerator panel. All the replacement items showed up again with scratches and dents, and the refrigerator panel was completely destroyed beyond salvage. The person who packed it at the "warehouse" saw nothing wrong with wrapping a 27x86 panel in cardboard and putting it in the mail. No padding, no foam, no nothing. Rather than play their games I gave up and asked for a refund.
  
  Don't even think of trying to get some actual customer service. They just blame everything on their "warehouse" (which is actually more likely an importer from china) and offer nothing but apologies without any real solutions and you are left in the dark on the status of your order until it actually ships. There is no way to contact within the company beyond anyone beyond the two people who answer the phone and they aren't all that nice. You can tell by their attitudes and the endless list of "policies" these issues are extremely common. For a good laugh, check it out for yourself on their website.
  
  To sum things up, it took over 2 months to get my cabinets, the quality isn't all that great, I have scratches and dents and had to install without the refrigerator panel. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had in dealing with an online retailer. Don't buy anything from these people unless you have unlimited time to go without a kitchen, don't care about scratches and dents, and don't mind the poor customer service.
