  I'm basically being reamed because I'm dying and I have a State Insurance Fund workman's comp case I work for the state government. Someone named Nancy called me at 5:51 p.m. after hours to insinuate I may be an overture that I may be a junkie because I have a neurologist that handles my State Insurance Fund case as well as my brain tumor status post case . My full profile was investigated by the DEA there are no red flags or strikes against me . My neurologist was also investigated and had to attend a forum that she had to pay for herself. Maybe if the doctor who sat with me and owns a practice would have look at my history he would have seen that I did not hide anything. The worst part of this whole thing is he sent someone to call me as opposed to him calling me himself a better yet when he spent 30 minutes with me in the Poughkeepsie office. I cannot believe that they literally treated me so disrespectfully so insignificant that I had to call my case manager who came to my house and then I had to call the State Insurance Fund and they said there is no recourse because this is all they can do for me until I pass away and they gave me expiration date between 5 and 10 years. Community Primary Care and my neurologist are acutely aware of this even though Community Primary Care knows this why would they have someone call me at 5:51 p.m. to harass me?
